P.S. I love you

St. Valentine's Day inspiration:

Exams are over and St. Valentine's day is coming! And with him there comes movie marathons, sweets, cocktail dresses, scarfs and flowes. That's my Valentine's inspirations and a review of a really romantic film. Enjoy it! ;)

P.S. I LOVE YOU:

Dear Holly,
I don’t have much time. I don’t mean literally, I mean, you’re out buying icecream and you’ll be home soon. I have a feeling this is gonna be the last letter, because there is only one thing left to tell you. It isn’t to go down memory lane or make you buy a lamp, you can take care of yourself without any help from me. It’s to tell you how much you move me, how you’ve changed me. You made me a man, by loving me Holly. And for that, I am eternally grateful, literally.
If you can promise me anything, promise me that whenever you’re sad, or unsure, or you lose complete faith, that you’ll try to see yourself through my eyes. Thank you for the honor of being my wife. I’m a man with no regrets. How lucky am I. You made my life, Holly. But I’m just a chapter in yours. There’ll be more. I promise.

So here it comes, the big one: Don’t be afraid to fall in love again. Watch out for that signal, when life as you know it ends.

P.S. I will always love you.

P.D. TE QUIERO:

Querida Holly,

no tengo mucho tiempo. No literalmente, sino porqué has salido a comprar helados y volverás pronto. Es para decirte cómo me me he sentido , cómo me has cambiado.

Tú has llenado mi vida Holly...

No tengas miedo a volver a enamorarte.

En general, he disfrutado muchísimo.

One week ago I went to the cinema to see this movie (it was  a musical, I couldn't lose it). Today I'm still thinking about many of its scenes, sining its songs, remembering quotes... I knew the history but I haven't had the fortune of being able to enjoy the musical and nevertheless, yes, this movie has inspired love in me. It made me eager on my seat during 152 minutes and any tear was coming untied in certain moments.
The plot of " Les Misérables " follows almost completely the script of acclaimed musically released in Paris in 1980, with Claude-Michel Schönberg's music and Alain Boublil and Jean-Marc's letter Natel, and that has come being represented throughout the years by enormous success and received numerous prizes, between them the Tony for the score.
About the cast, every actor convince me completely in their rol. I'd emphasize Hathaway, she's exact, perfect, and I strongly wish  the recognition of her job making her the winer of many awards; and  Jackman, which bears impeccably from the beginning till the end.  Generally, I've enjoyed a lot. And not only I (when a musical speaks to me my objectivity often lacks certainty)also to many known people not enough lovers of this kind of films.

For me, the best premiere of the year!

"I dreamed a dream" lyrics:

I dreamed a dream in days gone by
When hope was high and life worth living
I dreamed that love would never die
I dreamed that God would be forgiving

Then I was young and unafraid
And dreams were made and used and wasted
There was no ransom to be paid
No song unsung, no wine untasted

But the tigers come at night
With their voices soft as thunder
As they tear your hope apart
As they turn your dream to shame

He slept a summer by my side
He filled my days with endless wonder
He took my childhood in his stride
But he was gone when autumn came

And still I dreamed he'd come to me
That we would live the years together
But there are dreams that cannot be
And there are storms we cannot weather

I had a dream my life would be
So different from this hell I'm living
So different now from what it seemed
Now life has killed the dream I dreamed

Edward Scissorhands

Halloween is coming...

Halloween is coming and I want to share moments and quotes of the moving feature film: Edward Scissorhands.

"- Well, a long time ago, an inventor lived in that mantion. He made many things I suppose. He even created a man. He gave him insides, a heart, a brain, everything...well, almost everything. You see, the inventor was very old. He died before he got to finish the man he created. So the man was left by himself, incomplete and all alone.
- He didn't have a name?
- Of course he had a name. His name was Edward."

Inacabado, y completamente solo.
- ¿Y no tenia nombre?
- ¡Claro que tenía nombre! Se llamaba Edward."

Kim: Hold me
Edward: I can't

"I don't know. Not for sure. But I believe he is. You see, before he came down here, it never snowed. And afterwards it did. If he weren't up there now, I don't think it would be snowing. Sometimes you can still catch me dancing in it."

"No lo se. No estoy segura. Si él no siguiera vivo, ahora no estaría nevando... A veces aún bailo bajo la nieve."

The Blues brothers

Elwood: It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.
Jake: Hit it.

Jake:¡Tira!
Jake: The band? The band.
Reverend Cleophus James: DO YOU SEE THE LIGHT?
Jake: THE BAND!
Reverend Cleophus James: DO YOU SEE THE LIGHT?
Elwood: What light?
Reverend Cleophus James: HAVE YOU SEEEEN THE LIGHT?
Jake: YES! YES! JESUS H. TAP-DANCING CHRIST... I HAVE SEEN THE LIGHT!

Cinema Paradiso

"La vida no es como la has visto en el cine, la vida... Es más difícil. ¡Márchate!   ¡Regresa a roma!

"No vuelvas, no escribas, no llames, hazme caso.

Breakfast at Tiffany's

You know what's wrong with you, Miss Whoever-you-are? You're chicken, you've got no guts. You're afraid to stick out your chin and say, "Okay, life's a fact, people do fall in love, people do belong to each other, because that's the only chance anybody's got for real happiness." You call yourself a free spirit, a "wild thing," and you're terrified somebody's gonna stick you in a cage. Well baby, you're already in that cage. You built it yourself. And it's not bounded in the west by Tulip, Texas, or in the east by Somali-land. It's wherever you go. Because no matter where you run, you just end up running into yourself.
